Oversee and manage all aspects of data center projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including engineering, construction, procurement, and other stakeholders—for seamless execution of project deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress and providing regular updates to all stakeholders.
Leverage expertise in electrical engineering to offer technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues and processing change requests effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Act as the primary communication liaison for project-related matters, maintaining clear and consistent communication with all involved parties.
Provide detailed updates to the expat Project Director, aligning project activities with broader organizational strategies and goals.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Brings at least 8 years of experience managing data center projects, with a strong track record of success.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power systems, cooling technologies, and networking.
Demonstrates excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written, to report effectively to an expat Project Director.
Has exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Thrives in high-pressure environments and consistently delivers results within tight deadlines.
Relevant certifications, such as PMP or CDCP, are advantageous.
